Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch—your ultimate solution for secure and efficient power management. Commonly referred to as the isolation disconnect switch, this state-of-the-art device is meticulously crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Perfect for opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, it operates with voltage present yet without a load.
Designed specifically for single-phase deployment within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its remarkable simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Offered in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, the switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, high-conductivity parts, and a reliable mechanical assembly. Utilizing a smart gate knife structure, it effortlessly manages circuit transitions. Each phase includes two conductive blades reinforced by external compression springs, ensuring optimal contact pressure through adjustable spring heights. Operated via an insulated hook stick, this switch features an intuitive self-locking mechanism for secure and precise functionality.
Working Environment:
Maximum altitude capability: 1000 meters;
Efficiently operates within ambient temperatures ranging from a peak of +40°C to a low of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Designed to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in installations with minimal vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Clean dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal functionality.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention to any signs of wear or cracks on the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
