Specifically engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch expertly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without any load, yet with voltage present. This state-of-the-art switch is tailored for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems. It stands out with its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Offered in a range of rated currents-200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps-these switches are expertly constructed with a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure, the switch ensures seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is composed of two conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on each side. Adjust the spring height to achieve optimal contact pressure for the gate knife's efficiency. Operated via an insulated hook stick, the switch includes an intuitive self-locking device for secure handling.
Working Environment:
Ensure installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters for optimal performance.
Operate within an ambient temperature ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C, maintaining reliable functionality.
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second, ensuring durability and stability.
Engineered to endure seismic activity up to a maximum intensity of 8 degrees. The installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations to maintain integrity.
Select installation sites free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that may adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity, preserving optimal performance.
