(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without affecting the load even when voltage is present.
The switch is specifically designed for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems, standing out with its simplistic design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Available rated currents include a range of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, offering versatile solutions for varied needs. Each switch is composed of a sturdy base, robust post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. The switch features an innovative gate knife structure that effectively opens and closes the circuit. Each phase's gate knife consists of dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, you can achieve the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. This switch is conveniently operated using an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing actions, and it includes a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Installation altitude should not exceed 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
The ambient temperature must be within: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, accommodating a broad range of climatic conditions.
The outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters/second, safeguarding the switch's stability.
Seismic intensity must not exceed 8 degrees, and the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations, ensuring unwavering reliability.
The installation site should be free of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity, thus ensuring long-lasting durability.
