(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also celebrated as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without a load, yet with voltage present, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Crafted for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its straightforward design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendliness. It offers a spectrum of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. It features a gate knife structure for circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife composed of two conductive blades and external compression springs for optimal performance. The spring height can be adjusted to ensure the perfect contact pressure. Operation is simplified with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing, accompanied by a reliable self-locking device, enhancing safety and convenience.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE INVITED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Remove accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal conductivity and insulation.
Inspect all components for any damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential cracks or damage, ensuring uncompromised performance.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition.
