(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its purpose is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without the need for a load, while voltage is still present, ensuring seamless operation.
The switch is specially designed for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems and is celebrated for its simplistic structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendliness. You'll find it available in an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, premium conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. A gate knife structure is ingeniously employed for circuit management, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. Fine-tuning the spring height is key to achieving the desired contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. It operates seamlessly with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, further enhanced by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude must not exceed 1000 meters, ensuring optimal operational conditions.
Ambient temperature: should be no higher than +40°C and no lower than -30°C for ideal performance.
Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters/second, safeguarding the switch's integrity.
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees; the installation locale must remain free from frequent severe vibrations to maintain stability.
The installation site must remain devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER IS ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Clear any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior to maintain optimal operation.
Examine all components for signs of damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in impeccable condition.
