Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pinnacle of engineering excellence, recognized as an isolation disconnect switch. Expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch is your ultimate solution for safely opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while under live voltage conditions.
This switch is specifically tailored for single-phase application within three-phase line systems. It stands out due to its minimalist design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Choose from a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Engineered with precision, these switches comprise a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures seamless circuit switching. Each phase's gate knife consists of dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs strategically located on either side. The spring height can be adjusted to guarantee optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Engage and disengage the switch effortlessly using an insulated hook stick, enhanced by an integral self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives in ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Sturdy design ensures functionality in outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Engineered to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that might significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS EXCEED NORMAL USE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH OUR COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to preserve efficiency.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with a particular emphasis on detecting cracks or imperfections in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive elements is in pristine condition.
