The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on high voltage power transmission and distribution lines rated at 10(12, 15, 24)kV. It is expertly engineered to manage the opening and closing of circuits, be they single-phase or three-phase, under voltage without any load. This switch serves as an indispensable component in electrical systems where precise isolation and disconnection are paramount.
This switch, specifically tailored for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, stands out due to its streamlined structure and cost-effective design, ensuring ease of use. It is available in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's construction includes a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. The gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit operation, with each phase equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs. These springs, adjustable in height, ensure optimal contact pressure. Operating the switch is effortless with an insulated hook stick, and it also includes a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for installations where the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
It performs reliably within an ambient temperature range: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
The design accommodates seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ideally installed in environments devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work

Examine all components for any damage, with particular scrutiny given to the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or damage.
