(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is skillfully crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch facilitates seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, though without load.
This switch is meticulously engineered for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, celebrated for its simplistic architecture, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operations. It is available in rated currents spanning 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section, this switch employs a gate knife structure for its opening and closing mechanisms. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side, allowing adjustments in spring height to secure optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operations are conducted using an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, and it includes a self-locking device to ensure secure engagement.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum not exceeding +40°C; minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Operable under outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Suitable for areas with seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites should not experience frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites should remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF THE ABOVE NORMAL CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ADVISED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance includes regular checks of the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak performance.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular focus on checking for damage and cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive part to ensure reliable operation.
