The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It's crafted to efficiently handle the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while under voltage, embracing the challenge of voltage presence without load.
Specifically designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its streamlined architecture, budget-friendly nature, and user-friendly operation. It offers a spectrum of rated current options: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch architecture is a symphony of components comprising a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a precision-engineered mechanical assembly. The circuit's control is executed via an innovative gate knife structure, where each phase's gate knife is a duo of conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. The spring height can be meticulously adjusted to ensure optimal contact pressure. The switch's operation is elegantly managed with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, complete with a state-of-the-art self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Operable at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Boasting an ambient temperature tolerance with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed for outdoor use withstanding wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Constructed to endure seismic activities not exceeding 8 degrees, the installation locale should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that might compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual inspections are essential, focusing on these switch parts:
Ensure cleanliness by removing dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Inspect all components for signs of damage, with particular emphasis on checking for any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Confirm the integrity of the conductive part's contact surfaces.
