Crafted with precision and innovation, the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized in the industry as an isolation disconnect switch, is engineered for excellence in managing high voltage power transmission and distribution lines across 10(12, 15, 24)kV ranges. This switch proficiently enables the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, masterfully handling situations where voltage is present but the load is absent.
Optimized for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its uncomplicated design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, the switch is comprised of a sturdy base, reliable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a robust mechanical assembly. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit control, with each phase integrating two conductive blades coupled with external compression springs for optimal functionality. Adjusting these springs is a breeze, ensuring the perfect contact pressure for the gate knife. With an insulated hook stick, opening and closing the switch is both safe and straightforward, while a self-locking device guarantees secure operation.
Working Environment:
Designed for elevations not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Durable against outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second;
Built to sustain seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, provided the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation locale must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could critically impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS EXCEED SPECIFICATIONS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR ADJUSTMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct a thorough inspection of these vital switch components:
Diligently clean dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak efficiency.
Examine each component for integrity, focusing on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottles.
Verify the quality of the conductive parts' contact surfaces to ensure optimal operation.
