(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This robust switch excels at efficiently opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining the requisite voltage. It is a quintessential tool for ensuring reliable power management.
The switch is specifically tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It boasts a simplistic yet highly effective design, making it exceptionally cost-effective and user-friendly. With rated current options of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, this switch comprises a well-constructed base, sturdy post insulators, conductive parts, and an advanced mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures precise circuit operation, with each phase's gate knife comprising two conductive blades supported by external compression springs. These springs are ingeniously adjustable in height to provide optimal contact pressure. Operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device to secure every transition.
Working Environment:
Installation sites should not exceed altitudes of 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature is strictly maintained between a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
The switch is designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
The site should not experience seismic intensity above 8 degrees and must remain free of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity performance.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS SURPASS THE PARAMETERS LISTED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously clear any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces.
Examine all components for potential damage, with particular focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part remains optimal for efficient operation.
