The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary role is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, gracefully operating without load but maintaining voltage presence.
This switch is engineered for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure, affordability, and intuitive usability. It comes in a variety of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The design comprises a robust base, reliable post insulators, premium conductive components, and a mechanical assembly. The unique gate knife structure provides seamless circuit opening and closing, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs on each side. By adjusting the spring height, you can ensure the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The switch's operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick for opening and closing, and it includes a handy self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature tolerances: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Suitable for outdoor areas with wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Constructed to withstand seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ideally installed in locations free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive agents that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE-NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Clear all dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Thoroughly check all components for damage, with a focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Assess the condition of the conductive part's contact surfaces to ensure optimal functionality.
