Introducing the robust and reliable (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. This product is meticulously engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, enabling the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even in the presence of voltage. Designed to meet high voltage isolation requirements efficiently.
Engineered specifically for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendliness. It offers rated current options of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a sturdy base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a robust mechanical section. Its innovative gate knife structure facilitates smooth circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife featuring two conductive blades reinforced by external compression springs. Adjusting the spring height ensures the optimal contact pressure essential for reliable operations. Operated with an insulated hook stick, it includes a self-locking device for added safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature must be maintained: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds should not surpass 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity should be under 8 degrees; installation locations should avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance checks should include:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all components for damage, with a special focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure it remains in excellent condition.
