Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also expertly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. This product is meticulously engineered for application in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits seamlessly, without load, but with voltage present.
Tailored for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a solid base, robust post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure for efficient circuit operation, each phase's gate knife integrates two conductive blades with external compression springs on either side. These springs can be adjusted in height to ensure optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. The switch is operated via an insulated hook stick for smooth open/close actions and includes a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient temperature conditions: maximum should not exceed +40°C; minimum should not drop below -30°C.
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second.
Engineered for seismic activities not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent and severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check on the following switch components:
Clear dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to potential damage or cracks on the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition.
