Introducing the cutting-edge (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, or isolation disconnect switch. Engineered meticulously for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this advanced switch is adept at seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits. It operates efficiently without any load but under the presence of voltage, ensuring maximum safety and reliability.
This switch is a marvel of engineering intended for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. It stands out due to its uncomplicated structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. The switch is versatile, accommodating rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. It comprises a robust base, sturdy post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure enhances circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife comprising two conductive blades. External compression springs on each side ensure optimal contact pressure, adjustable through spring height modification. Operating the switch is straightforward with an insulated hook stick, and it includes a convenient self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Designed to perform flawlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Engineered to maintain performance with outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Durably constructed to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; optimal for installation sites with minimal severe vibrations.
For optimal performance, the installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could seriously impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

WHEN CONDITIONS EXCEED THE SPECIFIED NORMAL USE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure longevity by conducting annual inspections of the following parts:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to preserve functionality.
Inspect all components for potential damage. Pay particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Confirm that the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition, ensuring efficient operation.
