Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a premium solution for high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Engineered for excellence, this isolation disconnect switch is adept at handling voltage presence on 10(12, 15, 24)kV systems, seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with unmatched precision.
Tailored for single-phase usage in three-phase line systems, our switch boasts a streamlined design that ensures simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. The switch supports rated currents from 200 to 1250 amps, featuring an assembly of a robust base, durable post insulators, high-grade conductive components, and a reliable mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates effortless circuit management. Each phase's gate knife includes dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. Operated with an insulated hook stick and equipped with a self-locking mechanism, this switch promises superior performance and security.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Must not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Max +40°C, Min -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity: Up to 35 meters/second;
Seismic Intensity: Max 8 degrees; Installations should avoid frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch’s insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE WITH THE COMPANY THROUGH CONSULTATION.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of these switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive elements, contact areas, and the insulating porcelain bottle’s surface.
Inspect all components for damage; pay particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or breakage.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains pristine and functional.
