The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, serves as a robust solution for managing 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This meticulously engineered switch allows for the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence without load. It's a critical component for ensuring seamless power distribution management.
This switch is primarily designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. Its hallmark features include a simplified structure, cost efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Rated currents available are 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's composition includes a sturdy base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical segment. It employs a gate knife structure for circuit control, with each phase's gate knife comprising dual conductive blades enhanced by external compression springs. These springs can be adjusted in height to secure optimal contact pressure. Operation involves an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for added safety.
Working Environment:
Suitable for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to endure ambient temperatures, with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to operate in seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring resilience in installation sites without frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO INITIATE NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection to evaluate the following components of the switch:
Remove any debris from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to ensure uninterrupted function.
Thoroughly examine all parts for damage, with particular attention to any fractures or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Confirm that the conductive part's contact surface maintains a high standard of integrity.
