Introducing the cutting-edge (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a remarkable innovation in the field of electrical engineering. This isolation disconnect switch is masterfully engineered for seamless integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution networks. Its primary role? Effortlessly manage the opening and closing of both single-phase and three-phase circuits under voltage conditions, ensuring optimal performance without load.
Ideal for single-phase deployment in three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward, cost-effective design that promises ease of use. With a range of rated currents available—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches are versatile and adaptable. Each unit is comprised of a robust base, durable post insulators, high-grade conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The circuit operation relies on an innovative gate knife structure, featuring dual conductive blades per phase, expertly balanced by external compression springs on either side. Fine-tune the spring height to attain the precise contact pressure needed for flawless gate knife operation. For added convenience, an insulated hook stick facilitates opening and closing actions, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes of up to 1000 meters, ensuring reliable performance.
Crafted to function within ambient temperatures not exceeding a maximum of +40°C and not dropping below -30°C, guaranteeing dependable operation in diverse climates.
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second, offering steadfast resilience against harsh winds.
Engineered to withstand seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees, provided the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations, ensuring stability and safety.
The installation site must be free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD YOU REQUIRE OPERATION BEYOND THE NORMAL CONDITIONS DESCRIBED, WE INVITE YOU TO NEGOTIATE WITH US FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Clean the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain peak performance.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular focus on identifying and addressing any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure seamless electrical conductivity.
