Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an essential component for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This isolation disconnect switch enables seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and safety.
Crafted for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems, this switch is defined by its straightforward structure, economical design, and user-friendly operation. It offers a selection of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Key components include a robust base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section, all engineered for reliability. The innovative gate knife structure features dual conductive blades with external compression springs on each side, allowing for precise contact pressure adjustments to maintain optimal performance. Easy operation is guaranteed through an insulated hook stick and a built-in self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring consistent performance in diverse locations.
Can withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, offering versatility in various climates.
Can operate under outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, maintaining stability even in gusty conditions.
Engineered to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; ideal for areas without frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that might significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual inspection checklist: ensure peak performance by regularly reviewing the switch's components.
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle exteriors to maintain efficiency.
Examine all components for any damage, with particular focus on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for possible cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to prevent operational disruptions.
