(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It functions seamlessly to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, yet without load.
This switch, crafted for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, stands out for its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly nature. The switch offers rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, comprising a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Its innovative gate knife structure facilitates the circuit's opening and closing actions. Each gate knife phase includes dual conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs for optimized contact pressure. An insulated hook stick ensures smooth operation, while a self-locking device enhances security.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Able to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation area must not contain gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually perform a thorough check on the following switch components:
Meticulously remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Inspect every part for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or damage.
Ensure the contact surfaces of conductive components remain in excellent condition.
