Tailored for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, economical advantages, and user-friendly nature. With a range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it is engineered to meet diverse requirements. Crafted with a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a seamless mechanical section, it employs a sophisticated gate knife structure for effective circuit management. The gate knife of each phase features dual conductive blades and is equipped with external compression springs on either side. You can fine-tune the spring height to achieve ideal contact pressure. This switch offers ease of operation with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, and it includes a reliable self-locking device for added safety.
Working Environment:
Recommended altitude: Not to exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: should not surpass +40°C at its maximum and not drop below -30°C at its minimum;
Outdoor wind velocity: Should not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity: Should not exceed 8 degrees; Optimal installation sites are free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ensure the installation site is devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any aggressive explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity capabilities.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections to ensure optimal performance of the switch:
Eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces and the protective surface of the insulating porcelain bottles for enhanced functionality.
Diligently check all components for any damage, prioritizing the inspection of the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage and cracks.
Confirm the conductive part's contact surface remains in excellent condition to ensure reliability.
