The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is engineered specifically for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its purpose is to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while carrying voltage but without any load. This robust and reliable switch is an essential component for outdoor isolation solutions.
Designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its uncomplicated structure, economical design, and user-friendly operation. With rated current options of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches comprise a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The circuit is managed by a gate knife structure, which includes two conductive blades per phase, equipped with external compression springs on each side. By adjusting the spring height, you achieve the desired contact pressure for the gate knife. Operation of the switch is performed using an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing, and it incorporates a sophisticated self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Ideal operational altitude is capped at 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature should range from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds should remain below 35 meters per second;
Seismic activity should not surpass an intensity of 8 degrees, and the installation site must not endure frequent intense vibrations.
The installation environment should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that can significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE STANDARD CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.

Annual maintenance checklist for optimal performance:
Diligently remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles’ surfaces.
Inspect all components meticulously for any signs of damage, giving special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage or cracks.
Confirm that the contact surfaces of all conductive parts maintain integrity and efficiency.
