(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, alternatively known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is crafted to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, but with voltage in existence, ensuring seamless operation.
This switch is expertly crafted for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems, showcasing a simple yet effective structure, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. The switch is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The design incorporates a robust base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section, utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit management. Each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades with external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height is essential for achieving the desired contact pressure for optimal switch operation. The switch leverages an insulated hook stick for operation, equipped with a self-locking mechanism for assured safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates efficiently within an ambient temperature range: maximum +40°C; minimum -30°C;
Suitable for environments with outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Withstands seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; installation sites should not be prone to frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough annual inspection of the following switch components:
Carefully clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain performance.
Inspect all parts diligently for any signs of damage, with a focus on identifying potential damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in optimal condition for reliable operation.
