Perfectly crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet with voltage present. It stands as a beacon of reliability and performance in critical electrical infrastructure.

Purpose-built for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch distinguishes itself with a simplistic design, unparalleled cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly attributes. It offers flexibility with a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is constructed with a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section that ensures optimal performance. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates the efficient opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, you achieve the desired contact pressure for the switch’s gate knife. Operate the switch effortlessly with an insulated hook stick, featuring a self-locking device for secure operations.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Ensure all parts are pristine by removing dust and dirt. Wipe the insulating porcelain bottle's surface with meticulous care.
2. Thoroughly clean the wiring surface of the ground screw.
3. Enhance longevity by applying a layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and key contact areas.
4. Inspect and adjust the contact surface, ensuring the compression spring height aligns with the pressure specifications outlined in Table II.
5. This switch excels in hoisting applications and synergizes perfectly with transformers on the line.
6. Rated Current and Installation: Designed for rated currents of 200-400 ampere hours, this switch typically employs three mounting holes. For 600-1000A, three mounting holes are standard.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: Regularly conduct a thorough examination of the following components:
Rediscover shine by removing all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.

Perform rigorous inspections for any form of damage, with a keen focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage or cracks.

Verify the conductive part's contact surface remains in optimal condition.
