(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, famously recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring seamless operations without bearing the load but with voltage presence.
Designed specifically for single-phase implementation within three-phase line systems, this switch shines with its straightforward structure, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. Available rated currents encompass a range from 200 to 1250 amps, catering to diverse needs. The sophisticated design includes a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section, and employs a gate knife structure for optimal circuit manipulation. Each phase's gate knife is ingeniously crafted with dual conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on both sides. The spring height can be adjusted to attain the precise contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operations are facilitated using an insulated hook stick to achieve secure opening and closing actions, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
The installation altitude must not exceed 1000 meters, ensuring the switch functions efficiently within this range;
Ambient temperature conditions are key: they must not surpass a maximum of +40°C or drop below a minimum of -30°C, maintaining operational integrity.
The switch is designed to endure outdoor conditions, with wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second, to ensure stability and performance.
Seismic intensity is restrained to a maximum of 8 degrees, with the installation site selected to avoid frequent severe vibrations that could disrupt functionality.
The installation site must be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other hazardous explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF ANY OF THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR EXPERT GUIDANCE AND SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Regular annual inspections are crucial to uphold performance. Pay attention to:
Meticulously remove any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal functionality.
Conduct a thorough examination of all parts for potential damage, with special focus on ensuring the insulating porcelain bottle is free of damage and cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains impeccable for uninterrupted performance.
