Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a marvel in electrical engineering. Also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, it is meticulously crafted for deployment on high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, operating efficiently at 10, 12, 15, and even 24 kV. This switch elegantly manages to open and close single or three-phase circuits, ensuring high performance even when voltage is present but without load.
Specifically designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its simplicity, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Available in a variety of rated currents-200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps-this switch is a versatile powerhouse. It comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on both ends. The spring height adjustment empowers the necessary contact pressure, ensuring reliable performance. Operable with an insulated hook stick, this switch also boasts a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
The switch is engineered for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
It operates efficiently in ambient temperatures ranging from a brisk -30°C to a warm +40°C.
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second.
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in installations that are free from frequent severe vibrations.
It's crucial that the installation site remains devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
Should the standard usage conditions be surpassed, users are encouraged to engage in discussions with the company for tailored solutions.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
An annual inspection is essential, focusing on the following components of the switch:
Thoroughly remove all dirt accumulated on conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces to maintain optimal performance.
Perform a comprehensive inspection of all parts for damages, placing particular emphasis on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts maintain their integrity for seamless operation.
