The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It offers the capability to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits that have voltage present but no load. This robust design ensures reliability and efficiency in maintaining circuit integrity.
Crafted specifically for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its straightforward construction, economical benefits, and user-friendly nature. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, its composition includes a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical assembly. The gate knife mechanism used for circuit operations features two conductive blades per phase, equipped with external compression springs on either side. Adjusting spring height is key to achieving optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The switch boasts an insulated hook stick operation for seamless opening and closing, complemented by a self-locking feature for enhanced security.
Ideal Working Conditions:
The altitude should not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature parameters: maximum should not exceed +40°C; minimum should not be below -30°C.
Outdoor wind velocities should remain under 35 meters/second;
The installation site should not experience seismic intensities beyond 8 degrees, nor frequent severe vibrations.
Ensure the site is free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could detrimentally affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Important Reminder:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS OPTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual Inspection Recommendations for Switch Maintenance:
Carefully remove any grime from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces.
Examine all components meticulously for any form of damage, with a particular emphasis on identifying cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottles.
Verify the integrity of the conductive parts' contact surfaces to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
