Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a sophisticated and reliable solution also known as the isolation disconnect switch. Engineered specifically for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits. While it operates without load, it excels in conditions where voltage is present, ensuring seamless functionality for critical energy infrastructure.
Designed with precision, this switch is perfect for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. It boasts a straightforward structure, remarkable affordability, and intuitive usability. Choose from an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, tailored to your specific requirements. Crafted with a robust base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section, its gate knife structure ensures optimal operation. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades and external compression springs on either side. The adjustable spring height guarantees the precise contact pressure needed for optimal switch performance. Effortlessly operated with an insulated hook stick, it also includes a self-locking device for enhanced safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Designed to perform flawlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperature extremes, with a maximum threshold of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Resilient to outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second;
Engineered to endure a seismic intensity of up to 8 degrees; choose installation sites carefully to avoid locations with frequent severe vibrations.
Select installation sites free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF YOUR REQUIREMENTS EXCEED THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS MENTIONED ABOVE, PLEASE CONTACT OUR EXPERT TEAM FOR A CUSTOMIZED SOLUTION.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual comprehensive check on the following parts of the switch:
Regularly cleanse dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak performance.
Diligently examine all components for any signs of damage, especially inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or fractures.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
