(H)GWBEB high-voltage outdoor isolation disconnect switch is a marvel of engineering designed specifically for 10(12, 15, 24)kV power transmission and distribution lines. This switch excels at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present but without load, ensuring reliable performance in diverse conditions.
Engineered for single-phase use in three-phase systems, this switch boasts simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. The rated currents available are 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, offering flexibility for various applications. The switch comprises a sturdy base, robust post insulators, premium conductive elements, and a sophisticated mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure, each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades supported by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is assured, enhancing the switch's reliability. Operated with an insulated hook stick, the switch features a self-locking mechanism for secure handling.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters above sea level;
Carries an ambient temperature range from a sizzling +40°C to a chilly -30°C, ensuring robustness in varied climates;
Withstands outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second, maintaining performance in gusty conditions;
Built to endure seismic activities of up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in quaking environments. Ideally installed in locations devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive agents that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THESE STANDARD CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct thorough annual inspections of the following switch components:
Carefully remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to ensure flawless performance.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottles for cracks or damage.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains intact and effective.
