(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It ensures the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while maintaining voltage presence. This innovative solution is a cornerstone for electrical distribution networks, ensuring safety and reliability.
This switch is crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It boasts a straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, the switch comprises a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit operation, each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, reinforced by external compression springs on each side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the gate knife can be achieved. The switch is maneuvered using an insulated hook stick for secure opening and closing actions and incorporates a self-locking mechanism for added safety.
Working Environment:
Operable at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum not exceeding +40°C and minimum not dipping below -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to operate in seismic conditions not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could deteriorate the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual Inspection: Regularly assess the following components:
Remove accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal operation.
Inspect all components for damage, with special attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in pristine condition to maintain efficiency and safety.
