The switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, celebrated for its simplicity, economic advantage, and ease of operation. With a broad range of available rated currents-200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps-this innovative switch comprises a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical assembly. The advanced gate knife structure enables efficient circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, fortified with external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Effortless operation is achieved with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum not to surpass +40°C; minimum not to drop below -30°C;
Maximum permissible outdoor wind speed is 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should remain below 8 degrees; installation locations must be free from frequent, severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Clean dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to ensure longevity.
Inspect all parts meticulously for damage, particularly focusing on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracking.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive component remains in optimal condition.
