(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, expertly engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This device expertly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring operational safety when voltage is present but without load.
Crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward design, offering cost-effectiveness and user-friendly operation. It is offered in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, making it versatile for various requirements. Comprising a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section, the switch employs a gate knife structure for seamless circuit operations. The gate knife of each phase includes two conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operational control is achieved with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking feature for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Operates efficiently at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Adapts to ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Built for areas with seismic intensity not surpassing 8 degrees, ensuring stability in environments free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductive efficiency.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to ensure longevity:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive areas, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain high performance.
Inspect all components for damage, with a focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure reliable operation.
