Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. This cutting-edge switch is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, facilitating the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits even when voltage is present, albeit without load.
Crafted specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its simplistic yet highly efficient structure, remarkable cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. The switch accommodates rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, offering versatility to meet diverse needs. Comprising a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a precise mechanical section, the switch employs a sophisticated gate knife structure for effective circuit control. Each phase boasts a unique gate knife with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides, ensuring optimal contact pressure through adjustable spring height. The switch promises safe and reliable operation with an insulated hook stick designed for the opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking feature for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to function optimally in outdoor wind speeds reaching up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations for assured safety and performance.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity, thus safeguarding its functionality and longevity.

FOR CONDITIONS BEYOND THE NORMAL USE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DIALOGUE WITH THE COMPANY TO DISCUSS CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct the following annual checks to ensure optimal functionality and longevity of the switch:
Eliminate any dirt accumulation from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain high performance.
Inspect all components diligently for any damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of cracks or structural integrity issues.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition, ensuring efficient current flow.
