The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is engineered to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet with voltage present, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
This precision switch is designed specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It boasts a straightforward structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. The switch is available with a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, to suit various needs. Comprising a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, it utilizes a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the essential contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. The switch is maneuvered with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions, and it is equipped with an innovative self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Ensure an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters for optimal switch performance.
Ambient temperature guidelines: maximum should not exceed +40°C; minimum should not fall below -30°C.
Outdoor wind speeds should not surpass 35 meters per second to maintain stability.
The seismic intensity should remain within 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS GO BEYOND STANDARD USAGE, USERS CAN ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY TO DISCUSS ACCOMMODATIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual comprehensive checks on the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to ensure consistent performance.
Inspect all parts for potential damage, with a focus on identifying damage and cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part is in optimal condition.
