(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also proudly recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously designed for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. With precision, it opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without a load, but with voltage intact, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
This switch is engineered for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, distinguished by its uncomplicated structure, economic value, and user-friendly operation. Available rated currents are 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, featuring a gate knife structure for seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. Fine-tuning the spring height adjusts the requisite contact pressure for optimal switch functionality. The switch is manipulated using an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing procedures, incorporating a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Altitude must not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not exceeding +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed must not exceed 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees; the installation location should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation area must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS AS LISTED ABOVE ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR A TAILORED SOLUTION.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform routine annual checks on the following switch components:
Eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles for optimal performance.
Inspect all components for any damage; give special attention to detecting damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts is in pristine condition.
