(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also affectionately referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered for seamless integration on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This robust switch is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without disrupting the load, all while maintaining the voltage presence, ensuring utmost reliability and safety.
This switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, celebrated for its straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Offered in a variety of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches are comprised of a durable base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The circuit is opened and closed using a sophisticated gate knife structure. Each phase's gate knife is made up of two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the ideal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife can be achieved. An insulated hook stick is employed for effortless opening and closing actions, complemented by an ingenious self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters; this ensures optimal performance and longevity.
Ambient temperature: a welcoming range with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C; providing versatility for various climate conditions.
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second; ensuring stability and resilience.
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should be devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER IS ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following parts of the switch:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to preserve functionality.
Conduct a thorough examination of all parts for potential damage, with particular focus on assessing the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage and cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal condition.
