Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a marvel of engineering designed to serve the dynamic needs of 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This cutting-edge isolation disconnect switch is expertly crafted to manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, all while maintaining voltage presence without load. Its sophisticated design ensures uncompromising safety and efficiency in all operational environments.
Our switch is meticulously engineered for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, boasting a simple yet robust structure that is as cost-effective as it is user-friendly. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, each switch is a testament to precision engineering. The assembly comprises a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, premium conductive parts, and a mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure for seamless circuit operations, each phase is equipped with dual conductive blades, with external compression springs ensuring optimal contact. The adjustable spring height provides the necessary pressure for effective gate knife action. With an insulated hook stick facilitating operations, and a reliable self-locking device, this switch exemplifies safety and ease of use.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates within ambient temperatures ranging from a balmy maximum of +40°C to a chill minimum of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with the installation site free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE OPERATING CONDITIONS EXCEED THESE SPECIFICATIONS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a meticulous annual inspection of the switch's components:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain surfaces.
Examine all components meticulously for damage, giving special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surfaces on conductive parts, ensuring optimal functionality.
