The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also commonly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly functions to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, managing conditions where voltage is present, yet without load.
This switch, tailored for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, offers a winning combination of simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Choose from a variety of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, reliable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates efficient circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife integrates two conductive blades with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operational ease is ensured with an insulated hook stick used for opening and closing, alongside a convenient self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Ensure maximum is not above +40°C and minimum is not below -30°C;
Outdoor Wind Speed: Should not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic Intensity: Should not exceed 8 degrees; installation locations must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS EXCEED SPECIFICATIONS, CUSTOMERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual Maintenance Checklist:
Dirt removal is essential on conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to ensure optimal functionality.
Conduct a thorough inspection of all components, with heightened attention to any damage or cracks on the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the quality and integrity of the conductive part's contact surface.
