Designed to operate on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage lines, this isolation disconnect switch effectively opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without load under voltage. Its robust design and versatile functionality make it ideal for high-performance applications.
Engineered for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. With a range of rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it features a sturdy base, reliable post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures smooth circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs. Adjusting the spring height allows for optimal contact pressure. The switch is operated using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a convenient self-locking mechanism for secure operation.
Working Environment:
The ideal installation altitude should be no more than 1000 meters;
Designed for ambient temperatures, it operates efficiently with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Built to withstand outdoor conditions with wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Endures seismic activities with intensity up to 8 degrees, ensuring stable performance in areas without frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other harmful mediums that might compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual inspection recommendations for the switch include:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain high efficiency.
Inspect all components for any signs of wear, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in excellent condition for consistent performance.
