(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for utilization on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while under voltage, but without load.
This innovative switch, designed for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, stands out with its straightforward structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, each switch incorporates a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The circuit is managed via a gate knife structure, with each phase's gate knife composed of two conductive blades and external compression springs on either side. Adjusting these springs optimizes the contact pressure for the gate knife. The switch's opening and closing operations are conducted with an insulated hook stick and feature a self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: should not rise above +40°C or drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters/second;
Withstand seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees; ensure the installation site does not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that may significantly impair switch insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct a thorough check on the following switch components:
Clean conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior of any dirt and grime.
Inspect all components for damage, with a focus on identifying any cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Examine the conductive parts' contact surfaces to ensure they are in prime condition.
