The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is specifically engineered for use in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This robust switch is designed to efficiently control and manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, where voltage presence is maintained but without load conditions.
Crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It caters to a variety of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, the switch employs a gate knife structure to facilitate circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, paired with external compression springs on both sides, allowing for precise adjustment of the spring height to achieve optimal contact pressure. Operated by an insulated hook stick, the switch boasts a self-locking device for enhanced safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring performance and stability.
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, providing adaptability across various climates.
Functionality is maintained even in outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, showcasing its resilience.
Rated for seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; the designated installation site should be free of frequent severe vibrations to maintain operational integrity.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS EXCEED NORMAL USAGE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections to maintain switch efficiency:
Meticulously remove any accumulation of dirt from the conductive elements, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to prevent performance degradation.
Inspect all components for damage, particularly scrutinizing the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks, ensuring the switch's longevity and reliability.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in excellent condition for continued operational efficiency.
