The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines operating at 10(12, 15, 24)kV. This switch is crafted to facilitate the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet remains effective under voltage. It's a reliable solution for ensuring seamless circuit management.
Designed for optimal use within three-phase line systems, this switch offers a remarkable blend of simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, its structure comprises a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The switch utilizes a gate knife mechanism, each phase featuring two conductive blades with exterior compression springs providing the essential contact pressure. The adjustable spring height ensures optimal operation. Operated with an insulated hook stick, it incorporates a self-locking device for secure function.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Ranges from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor Wind Speed: Must not exceed 35 meters per second;
Seismic Intensity: Must not surpass 8 degrees; installation sites should avoid areas with frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive materials that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

WHEN STANDARD CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ADVISED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work:
Annual Maintenance Checklist:
Ensure the removal of dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Regularly inspect all components for damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for any potential cracks or damage.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surfaces to ensure consistent electrical performance.
