(H)GWBEB Type Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch: Experience top-tier electrical innovation with our expertly engineered isolation disconnect switch. Perfectly crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, it offers seamless operation to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits in live systems.
The switch is purposefully designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure, economic feasibility, and user-friendly operation. It comes with versatile rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The design includes a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and an advanced mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife mechanism allows precise circuit control, each phase featuring dual conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs for optimal performance. Adjust the spring height easily to ensure perfect contact pressure. Operate effortlessly with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking function.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters above sea level;
Ambient Temperature: Safely operates with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor Wind Speed: Handles conditions with speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Seismic Intensity: Resilient up to 8 degrees, ensuring no adverse effects from frequent severe vibrations at the installation site.
Installation locations must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation integrity and electrical conductivity.
