(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also celebrated as an isolation disconnect switch, expertly crafted for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovative device efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even with voltage present, ensuring reliable performance.
Designed for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its straightforward design, budget-friendly efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It comes in various rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, making it versatile for different needs. The switch is composed of a robust base, resilient post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. Its gate knife structure, featuring dual conductive blades per phase with external compression springs, allows optimal opening and closing actions. By adjusting the spring height, ideal contact pressure is ensured for the switch's gate knife. Operation is made effortless via an insulated hook stick, with a secure self-locking device enhancing ease of use.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; The installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums, which could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS WITH THE COMPANY FOR SUITABLE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check of the following switch components:
Thoroughly cleanse the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces, ensuring they remain free from dirt.
Examine all components for any damage, placing particular emphasis on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or defects.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface, ensuring it maintains optimal performance.
