Its primary function is to adeptly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet with voltage present, ensuring seamless operations.
This high-efficiency switch is purpose-built for single-phase utilization in three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design that ensures both cost-efficiency and user-friendliness. Offered in a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a sturdy base, dependable post insulators, robust conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures reliable circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is ingeniously crafted with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. The switch operation is facilitated through an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions, all while featuring a secure self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude: should not exceed 1000 meters; ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient temperature: maintaining a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, suitable for various climatic conditions.
Outdoor wind speed: must not exceed 35 meters/second, ensuring stability and safety.
Seismic intensity: should not surpass 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent intense vibrations to guarantee security.
The installation location must be clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and any other explosive or corrosive mediums that severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work

Examine all parts for potential damage, with particular attention to inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
