(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is designed to adeptly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while voltage is present, albeit without load. This switch is exemplary for systems requiring reliable isolation under voltage.
Purpose-built for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simplistic yet robust structure, delivering cost-effective reliability and effortless operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it features a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure facilitates the opening and closing of circuits, with each phase's gate knife incorporating two conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides, ingeniously designed to adjust spring height for optimal contact pressure. Its operation is seamlessly executed with an insulated hook stick, enhanced by a self-locking mechanism for secure handling.
Working Environment:
The installation site must be at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal operational conditions.
Ambient temperature regulations dictate a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, maintaining a stable environment for superior performance.
The outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters/second to guarantee structural integrity and operational reliability.
Seismic intensity must remain below 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations to ensure the longevity and safety of the switch.
The chosen installation environment should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR POSSIBLE ADAPTATIONS.

Annual inspections are critical: Review the following components of the switch regularly to uphold performance:
Diligently remove accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain exceptional electrical connectivity.
Examine all components for potential damage, prioritizing checks for the insulating porcelain bottle to detect any cracks or fissures that could compromise safety.
Ensure the contact surface of each conductive part remains in excellent condition for optimal operational reliability.
