Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch. Crafted for excellence, it's tailored for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even when voltage is present, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward structure, unparalleled cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly features. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it is engineered with a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. Employing an innovative gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife includes dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operable with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, it also includes a reliable self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Perfect for altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: ideal range is a maximum of +40°C and not below -30°C;
Resistant to outdoor wind speeds reaching up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to withstand seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; the installation location should remain generally free of frequent and severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductive capabilities.
Note:
WHEN PARAMETERS EXCEED STANDARD CONDITIONS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of these critical switch components:
Clear any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain top performance.
Carefully examine all components for any damage, with a strong emphasis on checking for cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in excellent condition.
