The (H)GWBEB outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously designed for optimal performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This robust switch is engineered to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring unparalleled reliability and functionality.
Engineered for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simplistic yet highly effective design, offering exceptional cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. Select from a range of available rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Constructed with a solid base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, these switches employ a sophisticated gate knife structure for efficient circuit manipulation. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, reinforced by external compression springs on each side. Adjusting the spring height facilitates the ideal contact pressure for supreme performance. Operated with an insulated hook stick, the switch incorporates a reliable self-locking mechanism for secure operations.
Working Environment:
The installation site should not exceed an altitude of 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature conditions: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
The outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity is limited to a maximum of 8 degrees; the installation location must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation area should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal functionality.
Examine all components for potential damage, focusing particularly on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracking.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains excellent condition.
