(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is engineered to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even when voltage is present.
This sophisticated switch is designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, celebrated for its straightforward structure, cost-efficiency, and intuitive operation. It is available in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's assembly features a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, bolstered by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting spring height ensures requisite contact pressure for optimal switch performance. Operation is facilitated with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude restriction: should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature guidelines: maximum limit +40°C; minimum threshold -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed: restricted to 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not surpass 8 degrees; installation sites must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that might profoundly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Eliminate any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Diligently inspect all components for damage, with particular focus on identifying potential cracks or damage to the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of conductive parts maintains optimal condition.
