(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for functionality on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is specifically engineered to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, though voltage remains present, ensuring high efficiency and reliability.
This switch is designed for optimal performance in single-phase scenarios within three-phase line systems and stands out for its straightforward structure, affordability, and user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are a testament to versatile engineering. Each switch comprises a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a robust mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure facilitates the circuit's opening and closing, with each phase's gate knife featuring two conductive blades and external compression springs flanking both sides. Proper contact pressure is achieved by adjusting the spring height. The switch is maneuvered using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking device for secure operations.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Able to endure outdoor wind speeds reaching up to 35 meters/second;
Built to resist seismic intensity not surpassing 8 degrees, ensuring stability even in less than ideal installations without frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could adversely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE STANDARD OPERATING CONDITIONS ABOVE ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work:
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Carefully eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact areas, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular focus on any signs of damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottles.
Verify that the conductive part's contact surface remains in excellent condition.
